On Brazil is a high advantage (for both sons and gov) to take oldies to menthal/other asylums. The olds haven't the same mind to multiply money and manage taxes, but their sons does. They interdict their parents, receives their money to manage, and the asylums earns money by keeping saying they are un-capable
